Cooking up a Storm - A cooking class with Emma Ellice-Flint

In this class you will learn which foods help benefit the gut and why that has an impact on mental health and energy - dishes that are simple to create and packed with flavour.  Emma will discuss the joyful effect from the act of cooking and eating mindfully. Life's A Picnic - Lunch with Jacinta Tynan and Susan Duncan

Life's a picnic! Spoil yourself ladies, with a picnic lunch with friends at Blank Space, and hang out with Sky News Presenter and Mother Zen Jacinta Tynan as she catches up with Susan Duncan, author of 'House on the Hill' and 'Salvation Creek' and more!  With food by East Street Kitchens and bubbles from Chandon S, it will be a relaxing event, just like a picnic should be!
