Helen Everingham

Helen Everingham has been involved in training courses for over 30 years. She raised her two boys to manhood, using the attitudes and techniques she had learned in these same workshops. She was then to face every parent’s worst nightmare when Tim and Sam, aged 26 and 24, were killed in a plane crash in the Philippines.

Helen attributes her ability to cope so well with such a huge loss, to the attitudes and techniques she learned years before in The Centre Within courses. Fifteen months ago, Helen sold her house in Sydney and moved to the Queensland town of Pittsworth. She now travels around the bush working out of her motorhome.
