Alyssa Azar

Alyssa Azar is no stranger to setting scary goals, building a plan to achieve those goals and then taking action.

She has overcome setbacks, obstacles and challenges in her many adventures to date starting from crossing the Kokoda Track at just 8 years old, to having climbed the highest mountains in Australia, South America, Africa, Russia and Nepal – which ultimately saw her become the youngest Australian to summit Mount Everest at just 19 years old.

Alyssa shares her story of just what it takes mentally and physically to climb Mount Everest and the interesting journey she took to get there.
